Michelle Bridges is a personal trainer who makes her services available to a wide range of people: "12 Week Body Transformation" is an individual training and nutrition program which anyone can access via the Internet. Ian Moore Architects planned the offices for this start-up enterprise. Besides their office workplaces, the 16 employees also have a film studio at their disposal as well as a kitchen for online cooking demonstrations. Five individual offices are situated along the windowed facade, with an open-plan working space occupying the central area. The rest of the space is taken up by the studio. Eye-catching yellow and green highlights in the otherwise clean-white rooms lend the enterprise an identity which is both laid-back and professional. With the ceilings being so low, the cable channels remain in full view. The use of Nimbus luminaires turned this feature to the advantage of the architects', who were full of praise for the luminaires' flexibility and adaptability: "With the Q 36 being just 10 mm high, it was possible to mount it on the exposed cable channels without the typical mounting elements being on show. Moreover, we used the same model of luminaire for both the ceilings and the walls."
