Luminaires and no regrets – radio interview with Dietrich Brennenstuhl
Introduction: "Nowadays, anyone who has to buy a light bulb is forced to spend a lot of money. Energy-saving bulbs are very expensive.
Furthermore, energy-saving bulbs are extremely damaging to the environment due to their mercury content. LED luminaires could be an alternative. We currently know LEDs mainly from control lamps on electrical devices or from modern torches. However, there are not many who can yet imagine them as an equivalent replacement for normal light bulbs.
In Stuttgart there is a company called the Nimbus Group. And this company has won a prize for lighting a whole house in an aesthetically appealing manner exclusively with LEDs."
There now follows an interview given by Dietrich Brennenstuhl to University Radio Freiburg.
