Multifaceted: L 120 series extended

The new Nimbus LED catalogue contains an addition to our award-winning L 120 series: besides the suspended luminaire, the L 120 is now available for direct ceiling mounting and as a tiltable version, the L 120 T.

This LED luminaire exerts a certain fascination in all its various manifestations thanks to its noble surface of brilliant chrome or anodised aluminium. In the L 120, clear-cut design and reduced formal idiom combine with the latest in modern technology: the diffuser surface is made of translucent acrylic glass and the characteristic conical indentations direct the light exactly to where it needed – efficiently and without glare, thereby ensuring effective illumination of work surfaces. The lens system integrated in the conical indentations defines a very directed angle of emission. The suspended version is therefore ideally suited to illuminating conference tables or workplaces. With the directly mounted version, the strong light emitted by the L120 can be used to illuminate corridors or to accentuate the illumination of wall surfaces.

In 2010, the L120 was awarded the Focus Open in Gold by the state of Baden-Württemberg and has been nominated twice for the German Design Award 2011 and 2012.
