Special award for Roxxane Leggera CL

Special award for Roxxane Leggera CL

This year's winners have been announced in the "Innovation Award for Architecture + Technology". The architecture journals AIT and xia Intelligente Architektur staged the renowned competition for the 17th time on the occasion of the Light + Building 2016 fair. Our new Roxxane Leggera CL cableless reading luminaire received a "Special Award".

The competition is aimed at designers and manufacturers of innovative products in the fields of lighting, electrical equipment, and home and building automation. A jury comprising four architects judged the architectural quality of over 50 submissions before settling on the victorious projects.

The jury's verdict on our Roxxane Leggera 101 CL:
"The innovation award's "Special Award" goes to the Roxxane Leggera, a floor-standing luminaire that impressively combines technology, function and innovation in one form. Thanks to its clear-cut formal idiom, this cableless and portable luminaire emphasises its functionality, which is also manifest in the intelligent design details such as touchless control and simple connection to the charging unit. The jury has therefore recognised a balanced package of technology and design."

We would like to thank the jury and the architecture journals AIT and xia Intelligente Architektur for their positive appraisal and to express our delight at receiving the award!
