The md symposium light 2014 with Nimbus

The md symposium light took place at the "Haus der Architekten" in Stuttgart on Tuesday 4th November. The symposium was an event for architects and interior architects on the subject of luminaires for interiors. The Who's Who of the luminaire sector was presented: Ribag, Occhio, Foscarini and of course Nimbus.

Following a speech of welcome and introduction from David Wiechmann, the editor-in-chief of md, there were presentations by the CEOs of the aforementioned luminaire manufacturers. The first to enter the ring was our boss, Dietrich F. Brennenstuhl (founder and CEO of the Nimbus Group). He was followed by Andreas Richner (CEO Ribag), Axel Meise (CEO Occhio) and Carlo Urbinati (CEO Foscarini).

Following on from the presentations, there was a panel discussion with the four luminaire bosses. This was chaired by Alexander Kuckuk, an editor at md, and was intended to give the audience an insight into the corporate philosophy and technical approaches of each of the companies.
