Zukunfts(t)räume 2014 – Sustainable, Efficient and Innovative

Zukunfts(t)räume 2014 – Sustainable, Efficient and Innovative

Friday 14th November 2014 saw the continuation of a cherished tradition initiated by the Baden-Württemberg branch of the Association of German Interior Architects/Designers (BDIA) and the Nimbus Group from Stuttgart: together with Gira, our network partner, we welcomed our guests to our fourth series of events entitled Zukunfts(t)räume ("Future dreams, future schemes").

The event began with a tour of the newly opened offices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Stuttgart region designed by wulf architekten.

This was followed by a get-together at the Nimbus Group Mock-Up before the series of presentations got underway with subsequent discussion. The subject: "Sustainable and efficient architecture and innovative interiors". With: Kai Bierich, freelance architect BDA and director at wulf architekten, Stuttgart and Markus Weismann, freelance architect BDA, member of the DWB (German Association of Craftsmen), DGNB consultant and director of UMnet, office for urban design, architecture and interior design in Stuttgart.

The evening continued with the opening of the exhibition BDIA-BEST OF 2014/15 with fascinating highlights from interior architecture.

We would like to thank all involved as well our guests for the successful and inspiring event and we are already looking forward to Zukunfts(t)räume 2015 ("Future dream, future schemes")!
