Opposites attract

Traditional yet future-oriented, rooted in the local community yet cosmopolitan, natural yet ultra-modern – BORA has not only revolutionised kitchen extractor technology but also takes a new approach to the world of work: luminaires from Nimbus and acoustic panels from Rosso have been integrated into the exciting room concept in the company's administration and training building in the Austrian town of Niederndorf.

BORA wants to be the most attractive employer in the region and since May 2018 has provided its employees with all kinds of extras at the company's location in Niederndorf: balconies and terraces can be turned into an outdoor lounge area. Employees can use changing, shower and drying rooms after returning from hikes, runs or cycling trips. They can also make use of bicycle parking facilities with charging points, a physiotherapy and rest lounge and the Healthy Bar. The interior of the building is characterised by contrasts.
