Exceedingly light
Robots are fascinating things. And we are beginning to take their assistance for granted in more and more areas of life. The IMBIT conducts research into how they can support people with physical disabilities. The heinlewischer firm of architects has created a strikingly clear-cut building incorporating Rossoacoustic PADs and matching Nimbus Modul R Project suspended luminaires to accommodate the institute's work on this highly complex issue.
Below the exposed concrete ceilings, the round elements form a hovering, airy structure that adds an extra dimension to the discreetly designed spaces. Together with the tranquil surfaces and abundance of daylight, they make the rooms appear bright and spacious.
