Ceiling- and suspended luminaires
The L 120 series exerts a certain fascination thanks to its noble surface of brilliant chrome or anodised aluminium. The clear-cut design and the reduced formal idiom combine with the latest in modern technology: the diffuser surface is made of translucent acrylic glass and the characteristic conical indentations direct the light exactly to where it needed – efficiently and without glare, thereby ensuring effective illumination of work surfaces. The lens system integrated in the conical indentations defines a very directed angle of emission.
The suspended version is therefore ideally suited to illuminating conference tables or workplaces. The suspended luminaire is now available with convenient gesture-controlled dimming, which you will be familiar with from our Roxxane and Squeeze ranges. A sensor has been built into the top of the luminaire profile which allows the user to dim at the luminaire itself without having to touch it. And all this without the need for an external PWM dimmer. All L 120 luminaires are available in 3.000 K.
In 2010, the L 120 was awarded the Focus Open in Gold by the state of Baden-Württemberg and has been nominated twice for the German Design Award 2011 and 2012.
