Orgatec - Sedus fair stand

A delicate, transparent-white surrounding and soft, round forms – the fair stand presented by the furniture manufacturer Sedus at the Orgatec 2014 in Cologne conveyed a cosy atmosphere thanks to its gently flowing lines. The focal point was the reception desk. Here, as in the other areas of the fair stand, Nimbus LED luminaires complemented the Sedus product worlds: thanks to their special aesthetic quality, Lady Jane, Eloise or various versions of the Roxxane family became the perfect companions for the high-class office furniture on the fair stand. Suspended luminaires from Nimbus such as the Modul L 196 or Modul Q 900 served as general lighting. The stand was divided into two areas by an aisle: one side was mainly dedicated to seating as well as to meeting, conference and lounge solutions. The other side showed various furniture developments for collaborative and flexible working. Prominence was given to so-called "product heroes" by positioning them on podiums: four coloured columns of light suspended from the ceiling provided the perfect setting for the furniture. The presentation area was rounded off by a gastronomy zone with a bar, a two-level cube with kitchen, staff changing room and lounge area, a VIP restaurant on the upper level as well as a workshop area.
